2. Server log files

When you open this website, the server records the data your browser transmits automatically:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of the request
  • The page or file requested, and the amount of data transferred
  • HTTP status code
  • Browser type, version and operating system
  • Referring URL, where transmitted

Purpose and legal basis. We process this data to deliver the site, keep it stable and secure, and investigate misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

Retention. Log data is deleted after 30 days, unless a specific incident requires us to retain it longer as evidence.

3. Web fonts (Google Fonts)

This website loads the "Inter" typeface from Google Fonts, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google, which may also transfer it to servers in the USA.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a consistent typographic presentation. For transfers to the USA, Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Apart from this, no data from this website is passed to third parties unless we are legally obliged to disclose it.

4. Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your email address, your message and any details you include in order to answer you. Where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps preceding one, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest being to respond to enquiries. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet statutory retention obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
